Products

Tiny Trinkets sells physical products. All products are illustrated, printed and packaged by Tiny Trinkets. Some bundles in the future may include third-party sourced items. This will always be clearly stated in the product description. Every effort is made to display products as accurately as possible. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen or device used. Minor variations do not constitute a defect. Product descriptions, availability and pricing may be updated at any time.

Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation by email.

Tiny Trinkets reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including but not limited to: errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud or abuse, incomplete or incorrect customer information, or orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Orders are intended for personal consumer use only.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are not included in the product price.

Depending on the customer’s location, prices may also be displayed in a local currency for convenience. Currency conversions shown on the website are indicative and may vary based on exchange rates and payment provider settings. The final amount charged may differ slightly due to currency conversion and processing fees applied by the payment provider or bank.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout after the delivery address has been entered.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed, unless stated otherwise. Accurate and complete billing and payment information must be provided.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Tiny Trinkets remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the customer. In case of loss or damage during transport, Tiny Trinkets will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to compensation.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The right to withdraw from a purchase applies within 14 days of delivery. Returns, refunds and all return instructions are handled in accordance with the Returns & Refund Policy.

Warranty

Products are covered by legal warranty. This means each product should work as expected and match the product description. If a product arrives faulty or is not as described, a suitable solution will be offered. This may include a replacement, refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

All content on this website, including illustrations, designs, images, text and logos, is the intellectual property of Tiny Trinkets unless stated otherwise. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Liability

Tiny Trinkets is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or other financial loss. Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions limits legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer rights or cases involving intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using this website, you agree to this processing.

Disputes and EU ODR Platform

In case of a complaint, contact should first be made by email via info@tinytrinkets.nl in order to try to resolve the issue directly. If no solution can be reached, consumers within the European Union may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to settle disputes between consumers and online businesses.

Governing Law 

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Tiny Trinkets reserves the right to update or modify these General Terms and Conditions. The most current version will always be available on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
