Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Every order is packed with care and processed within 1–3 business days.
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation.
- Netherlands & Belgium: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
- EU: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
Do I receive a tracking number?
As soon as your order has been shipped, an email with a track & trace link will be sent, so you can follow your happy mail all the way to your doorstep.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will see the exact amount before completing your purchase.
Returns
How can I return my order?
To start a return, please reach out to info@tinytrinkets.nl within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product(s) to be returned and the reason for your return.
Further return instructions will be sent after the request has been reviewed. Once I have received and inspected the returned item(s), You will be notified of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
