Shipping Locations

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Shipping is available to customers within the Netherlands and other European Union countries.

If shipping to a specific country is not available during checkout, please email info@tinytrinkets.nl.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout after the delivery address has been entered. For orders delivered within the Netherlands, free shipping applies to orders of €30 or more (after discounts, before shipping costs), unless stated otherwise. For all other orders, shipping costs apply and will always be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier.

Responsibility and Risk

Tiny Trinkets remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the customer. If a package is lost or damaged during transport, an appropriate solution will be offered, such as a replacement or refund, after investigation with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Tiny Trinkets is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delays

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs or circumstances beyond reasonable control do not entitle customers to compensation.
