Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. The return period expires 14 days after the day your order was delivered.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, the customer must first contact Tiny Trinkets by email at info@tinytrinkets.nl and include:

• the order number
• the product(s) to be returned
• the reason for return

After approval, further instructions and the return address will be provided by email. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

• products must be unused and undamaged
• products must be returned in their original condition

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for packaging the return properly and ensuring the parcel is returned safely.

Tiny Trinkets is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. If your return parcel gets lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier. In this case, the purchase amount cannot be refunded unless the returned items are received by Tiny Trinkets.

Refunds

After receiving the returned product, the return will be inspected. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made using the original payment method.

 

Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect upon arrival, contact must be made as soon as possible via info@tinytrinkets.nl. In such cases, an appropriate solution will be offered, such as a replacement, store credit or refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

At this time, all products sold by Tiny Trinkets are eligible for return. This policy may change in the future if non-returnable products are introduced. Any exceptions will always be clearly stated on the product page.
